Firestreamer Snap-in - Firestreamer View

The Firestreamer view displays general information about Firestreamer. To open the view, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Firestreamer Snap-in.
  2. In the console tree, click Firestreamer.

The details pane of the view contains the following controls:

Interface version Displays the version number of the Firestreamer Snap-in.
Driver version Displays the version number of the Firestreamer Storage Controller driver.
License information Displays the license information.
Purchase a license Opens an Internet browser window where you can order a Firestreamer license.

The view provides the following actions:

Support Opens an Internet browser window where you can submit a technical support request.
Install License Key Open the License Key Form.
Permissions Opens the Permissions Form.
Properties Opens the Properties Form.

To use the view, follow the steps below:

  1. To change Firestreamer settings, click the Action menu, and then click Properties.
  2. To control access to Firestreamer on a per-account basis, click the Action menu, and then click Permissions.
  3. To purchase a Firestreamer license, click Purchase a license.
  4. To install a Firestreamer license key, click the Action menu, and then click Install License Key.
  5. To submit a technical support request, click the Action menu, and then click Support.
