Software Available on the Website and Refund Policy
Use of any software that is made available to download from the website
("Software") is governed by the terms of the end user license
agreement that accompanies the Software ("License Agreement").
The Software is made available for download solely for use by end
users according to the License Agreement. In case the terms of the License Agreement are in conflict
with the terms of the corresponding license agreement that is published on the website, the terms of the latter shall prevail.

The Software comes with a free 30 day trial period for your convenience
to fully evaluate Cristalink's products before paying the license
fee. Once you pay the license fee, and a license key is issued and
sent to you via email, no refund will be given.
Prices
All prices listed on the website exclude GST (Goods and Services
Tax) unless otherwise stated. If you are an Australian customer,
then GST at the current rate may apply.

The website is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
