Support

Users who purchased a Firestreamer license are entitled to prompt email support. We also support unregistered users while they are evaluating the software.

To request technical assistance, follow the steps below:

1. Connect to the Internet.
2. Open the Firestreamer Snap-in.
3. In the console tree, right-click Firestreamer, and then click Support.
4. Follow the instructions in the browser window that opens.
