Adding libraries to Filestreamer

Please can someone help me to add additional libraries to Firestreamer 4.0? I need two libraries to work with DPM 2012R2 but seem to only have one and cant find a way to add more. A previous colleagues originally configured our DPM2010 servers to have 4 libraries but a fresh install to DPM 2012R2 only gives me one

I've now found where to add an additional library but it reports as a pending change. How do you actually apply the change please?

However, I now have 2 libraries in Firestreamer but 3 libraries in DPM? One of the 3 libraries in DPM is reporting as offline. Any ideas as to how to eliminate this please?
