Hi,

I'm currently encountering troubles when I try to import my Firestreamer Tape Library into Archiware P5 Server. The VTL is well detected, but when I try to add it to my Stockage Management Assistant, I get this message box error notification : "can't read 'arr(serial)': no such element in array". Then, my library installation is aborted.

This error persists whether or not I've loaded and mapped some file medias in my VTL.

Unfortunately, there's little we can do at our end without the internal knowledge of Archiware, and we hear about it for the first time. You need to contact Archiware's support; they are likely to have means to create a log file for their software, from which they may be able to tell what exactly Archiware Server doesn't like in Firestreamer. Once we know it, and if Archiware is interested in supporting Firestreamer, we can work with them to have the issue resolved.
