Tape Backups Failing - DPM 2010

Hello.
We are currently experiencing an issue with our Firestream VTL backups on DPM 2010. Being unfamiliar with the product, I was hoping someone could help. Log files are showing "Backup to tape failed" with ID3311 as the reason. Detailed errors show:
Failed to perform the operation since the tape free tape is not available in Tape Library Aegis Virtual Media Changer (ID 24050) as the detail and the recommended action as:
Add tape to the library, or to the drive in the case of a stand-alone tape drive. Retry the operation after adding tape.

Being not 100% up to speed on the product, how do I perform the recommended action stated above in order to resolve this issue?

Thanks,
Steve

That's exactly what you need to do. Your current tapes seem to be full.

You need to load more free tapes, and possibly unload some old tapes in Firestreamer. Alternatively, you may want to mark some of your existing tapes as free in Microsoft DPM, so that the latter could reuse them. We are not in the position to give a more specific advice; you need to talk to the person responsible for backups in your organisation, or to a Microsoft DPM professional.

You can load/unload tapes with Media Layout Editor.
