Firestreamer work with USB 3.0?

Firestreamer doesn't care whether it's USB 2.0, 3.0, SCSI, Firewire or else. Please see Why is the performance so poor?
To our knowledge, DPM doesn't throttle tape drives.
Remember that USB 3.0 needs everything to be 3.0 compatible, including the drive, enclosure, connectors, cables, controller and drivers.
