I am using a Terastation 8TB NAS device and am trying to setup tape media (similar to the video on the homepage) but it is telling me invalid username or password when trying to use this network location. I tried mapping a drive letter and using that but no luck. My user account has rights to the NAS without prompting for authentication so not sure why I am having a problem.

Is there a place to set username and password information for network locations within Firestreamer? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Configure the Firestreamer Helper Service to run under the account that has access to your NAS. If NAS doesn't support Active Directory, use a local account with the same name and password as the NAS account. Do not use drive letters.

The next version of Firestreamer will support an initialization script so that you can connect to NAS with the "net use" command.
