Hi, we use Firestreamer to provide 3 VTL's to a DPM 2010 server. We're looking to upgrade the server to 2012 SP1 (OS is staying at 2008 R2). I have two questions:
1 - If I run an in-place upgrade of DPM, do I need to disconnect/remove the VTL's first and re-attach them afterwards to the 2012 server, or will DPM recognise them ok and just keep them attached at all times
2 - Will DPM 2012 SP1 be able to read previous backup 'tapes' created using 2010? (I know that this is more of a Microsoft query)
