When you create file media, how can I specify the size?

You can specify the maximum tape size in the Maximum Size column in the Media Layout Editor. You can select the whole column by clicking its header and then paste the same value into all cells at once. You can update the maximum tape size at any time, but of course you cannot make a tape smaller than it actually is.
