Firestreamer and Riverbed Whitewater

Has any one used DPM + Firestreamer --> Riverbed Whitewater --> Cloud?

It seems WW doesn't support DPM directly but I think Firewtreamer should bridge two platforms.

I skimmed through the Riverbed website, but couldn't easily find what their appliance does, precisely. If I am correct in that it provides a network share which is being transparently backed up to a cloud, then there is no apparent reason of why the scenario you described would not work.

Riverbed seems to provide also virtual appliances, so I guess it should be easy to test the set-up before purchasing the actual hardware.
