Free Tapes and DPM 2010

To give you guys some background. Our Network Admin resigned last week, thus leaving our backups in disrepair. Our current issue is I have prepared a new drive and loaded the 200 VTL and gave them a max size. However, in DPM 2010 it is seeing all 200 tapes but none useable. I am getting error ID 3310. Any ideas?

Please follow the standard troubleshooting procedure. What is the exact text of the error messages that appear in DPM and Firestreamer? What do you mean by "none usable", exactly?

I am getting E002 E017 E012. Any suggestions what to check? Eveything seems to be okay with the drive itsself.
