The error it is giving me is "Operation failed since the slot 163 in library clinic library was empty. This tape is currently present in Drive Firestreamer Tape Drive (LT1yadayadayada) (ID24027)" Reccomeneded action, Use the front panel of your library to move the tape from its current loc...

DPM 2010 not seeing all of Firestreamers tapes
We are using DPM 2010 and it is having issues seeing a few of the tapes from Firestreamer. It is showing 3 slots out of 200 as empty. Firestreamer see's the drives but no luck in DPM. Any ideas?

I am getting E002 E017 E012. Any suggestions what to check? Eveything seems to be okay with the drive itsself.

Free Tapes and DPM 2010
To give you guys some background. Our Network Admin resigned last week, thus leaving our backups in disrepair. Our current issue is I have prepared a new drive and loaded the 200 VTL and gave them a max size. However, in DPM 2010 it is seeing all 200 tapes but none useable. I am getting error ID 331...
