Workaround Wrapper

The Firestreamer-RM Workaround Wrapper is a program that helps to overcome some of the Microsoft Backup Utility's known limitations. The latest version of the wrapper contains fixes for the following issues:

• Offline Free Media Bug

To perform an interactive backup or restore, always open the Backup Utility via the Firestreamer-RM Workaround Wrapper by any of the following methods:

• Click Start, point to Programs, point to Firestreamer-RM, and then click Open Backup Utility, or
• Open the Firestreamer-RM Control Panel, click the Backup tab, and then click Open Backup Utility.
