Troubleshooting - Incompatible Third Party Software

Problem Description

Faulty third party software may adversely affect the operation of Firestreamer-RM. For example, Firestreamer-RM may continuously report media arrival and removal, even if the media has not actually been changed. Firestreamer-RM Installer displays a warning message when it detects third party CD/DVD/tape filter drivers installed on your computer.

The following software is known to cause problems with Firestreamer-RM.

SiRemFil Older versions of this software may cause malfunction of Firestreamer-RM.
PxHelp20 Older versions of this software may prevent the Firestreamer-RM driver from being loaded. More...
