The Backup Tasks Report is only updated for scheduled Firestreamer-RM Wrapper tasks. If you created and executed a scheduled Firestreamer-RM Wrapper task under a non-administrative account, and the report is empty, you need to set appropriate permissions on Firestreamer-RM and Removable Storage objects.
